Overview of continuous steel rebar production line

The fully continuous steel rebar production line has an annual output of 500,000 tons. The main products include HRB400EΦ20~32mm hot rolled ribbed steel bar, but it also may produce a small number of HRB500E hot rolled ribbed steel bar and HPB300 round steel, using hot feeding rolling technology.

Process rout of continuous steel rebar production line

Hot feeding blank → Hot feeding roller table → Roughing unit → Hydraulic shear → Intermediate rolling unit → Fly shear → Finishing unit → Pinch roll → ruler shear → cold bed → cold shear → collection platform → bundle machine → weighing and storage

Composition of continuous steel rebar production line:

The production line has 15 stands of rolling mills with a horizontal arrangement of 5+6+4.

1. The roughing unit has 5 stands of Φ550 two-roller open mill, 1^st stand consists of a motor, a reducer, a gearbox and a 550 two-roller open mill. Group 2^nd / 3^rd and group 4^th / 5^th each consist of a motor, a reducer, a gearbox and two 550 two-roller open mills.

2. Intermediate rolling unit has 6 stands of Φ45 two-roller open mills with an arrangement of 6^th/7^th, 8^th/9^th, 10^th/11^th each group having a motor, a reducer, two gearboxes and two 450 two-roller open mills.

3. Finishing unit has 4 stands of Φ350 two-roller open mills with each stand having a motor, a gearbox and a rolling mill.
