(1) Overview

The 1700 2# degreasing line unit can reduce the residual oil and iron fine on the surface of the steel plate, improve the surface quality of the product, and meet the requirements of the production of automotive coil. Adopt the form of double uncoiling, single coiling, one-stage vertical electrolytic cleaning and silicon coating tank. The annual design capacity is 800,000 tons.

The 1700 2# degreasing unit was commissioned in 2011 and discontinued in June 2016.

Main equipment components: entrance unwinding, straightening machine, welding machine, cleaning tank, electrolytic degreasing tank, hot water tank, exit winding.
