Brief introduction

Bright annealing furnace(also called bright annealing line) is an essential equipment for the production of stainless steel BA strips. The stainless steel strip material continuously passing through the bright annealing furnace which has a sealing protective gas inside the chamber. The process improves the mechanical properties while maintaining the bright finishing of the strips. Bright annealing furnace can be divided into two kinds: vertical bright annealing furnace and horizontal bright annealing furnace.
 

1. Vertical bright annealing furnace(VBAF)

Main parameters of vertical bright annealing furnace for stainless steel precision strips:
 

• Treated material:               200, 300 series stainless steel band materials
• Material thickness:            0.03 ~ 0.50mm
• Material width:                  300 ~ 650mm
• Process speed:                  60 meters/minute
• Annual output:                   50,000 tons

 

2. Horizontal bright annealing furnace(HBAF)

Main parameters of Horizontal bright annealing furnace for stainless steel precision strips:
 

• Treated material:               200, 300 series stainless steel band materials
• Material thickness:            0.3 ~ 2.0mm
• Material width:                  800 ~ 1300mm
• Process speed:                  80 meters/minute
• Annual output:                   100,000 tons
