6-High to 18-High cold rolling mill revamp
1) Before the reconstruction of the old 6-High cold rolling mill, the diameter of the work roll is 200~240mm. Due to the large diameter, the reduction each pass is small.
2) After the transformation, the work roll diameter of 18-High cold rolling mill is reduced to 120~140mm, and it can roll the minimum gauge is 0.25 for 1250mm width stainless steel strips.
