850mm 6 stand 4 high stainless steel tandem cold mill

This Tandem cold mill adopts 4 high cold rolling technology and has six rolling stands. The stainless steel material passes the tandem cold mill by one pass to reduce thickness to 0.6mm. The tandem cold mill is suitable for large scale of rolling production of stainless steel strip width less than 750mm.

In terms of hydraulic pressure, servo control, thickness AGC control, rolling line elevation is by the electric worm wheel of the upper part of the rack.

Press down adjustment devices are guaranteed and displayed by encoder.

(Process flow) Uncoiler → seven roller leveler → fully automatic hydraulic shear welding machine → four roller feeder → floor type storage looper → feeding process platform → 1 # stand → 2 # stand → 3 # stand → 4 # stand → 5 # stand → 6 #stand → discharging process platform → discharging double S roll group → single S roll group → vertical looper → double S roll group → process platform → hydraulic shear → two roller pinch → floating coiler → unloading device.
