铝碳化硅碳砖,又称ASC砖,采用电熔刚玉（或烧结刚玉,超级铝矾土熟料）,石墨和含固定碳90%-95%以上的碳化硅为主要原料,和与树脂结合。它是用捏合机,捏合后机器压制成型，干燥后,在210°C的低温下加工而成。
