不锈钢三种抛光方法的优缺点

不锈钢常用的抛光方法有机械抛光、化学抛光、电化学抛光三种,这三种方法各有各的优缺点。

1.      机械抛光

其优点是加工后零件的整平性好,光亮度高。其缺点是劳动强度大,污染严重,而且复杂零件无法加工,而且其光泽不能一致,光泽保持时间不长,发闷、生锈。比较适合加工简单件,中、小产品。

2.      化学抛光

其优点是加工设备投资少,复杂件能抛,速度快,效率高,防腐性好。其缺点是光亮度差,有气体溢出,需要通风设备,加温困难。适合加工小批量复杂件及小零件光亮度要求不高的产品。

3.      电化学抛光

其优点是镜面光泽保持长,工艺稳定,污染少,成本低,防腐性好。其缺点是防污染性高,加工设备一次性投资大,复杂件要工装、辅助电极,大量生产还需要降温设施。适合批量生产,主要应用于高档产品,出口产品,有公差产品,其加工工艺稳定,操作简单。
