什么是不锈钢RKEF+AOD熔炼工艺？

本文简要介绍一种采用RKEF和AOD炉双相炉炼不锈钢的新工艺。

RKEF+AOD 是 一种采用RKEF（回转窑-电炉）和AOD炉双联工艺冶炼不锈钢的新技术。该工艺是将RKEF生产的粗镍合金铁水直接送入AOD炉，经复式精炼生产不锈钢，经连铸系统制成板坯。本发明的有益效果是：减少了粗镍合金铸造、中频炉重熔等中间生产工序；粗镍合金铁水的热能得到充分利用；控制粗镍合金生产中的渣型、渣温、铁水温度，使AOD炉精炼时温度达到一定值，通过其他技术完成不锈钢的中试和工业化生产；该技术降低了能耗和生产成本，缩短了产品良率时间，保证了现场环境更加清洁友好，减轻了人员的劳动强度。可生产符合国家标准和客户要求的精炼不锈钢产品。
