不锈钢冷轧工艺是是什么？本文简单介绍不锈钢冷轧工艺。

在不锈钢热轧之后，部分不锈钢热轧品直接被下游使用，部分热轧产品需要继续加工成冷轧之后再使用。不锈钢冷轧，多采用热轧厚度在3.0-5.5mm厚度的不锈钢热轧产品，经过冷轧设备的压延加工之后，生产成不锈钢冷轧产品。当前不锈钢冷轧主要生产工艺为两类：不锈钢单机架冷轧、不锈钢多机架冷轧。具体生产流程如下图：



在不锈钢经过冷轧之后，需要经过退火和酸洗机组。冷轧后的不锈钢退火，是通过再结晶的过程消除加工硬化而达到软化的目的；酸洗的目的一是去掉退火过程中在钢带表面形成的氧化层，二是对不锈钢表面进行钝化处理，提高钢板耐蚀性。
