张力矫直机的作用和特点有哪些？

张力矫直机主要由三个功能组成。像用于拉伸的前后张紧辊，用于矫直的矫直辊系统，用于弯曲的弯曲辊组。

张力矫直工序的主要作用是改善带钢板形。带钢经弯曲拉直后，有些张力矫直机可以消除带钢的边波、中波等波浪形状，以及C形弯曲和L形弯曲，从而提高带钢的平整度钢。二是提高加工性能。通过与精加工相同的拉伸弯曲作用，使带钢在后续变形过程中少有或无屈服平台，从而产生均匀变形，提高加工性能。

张力矫直机与传统矫直方法相比具有一系列优点。与从动辊式矫平机相比，结构紧凑、重量轻、维修方便、操作简单。与从动式张力矫直机相比，对带钢施加的张力小，不会断带，也不影响带钢质量，能耗小。因此，拉矫机广泛应用于镀锌、彩涂、连续退火、酸洗等连续生产线，矫直厚度范围为0.2~6.0mm，一般工作速度为30~700mm。

张力矫直机为什么要配备拉伸装置？

张力矫直机前后的张力辊是张力矫直机工序中最基本和不可分割的部分。最早的张力矫直机是一对张力辊。在此基础上，弯曲矫直装置又发展成为张力矫直机，因此其作用不可忽视。张力矫直过程中的张力辊组的原理和结构虽然与生产线中其他张力辊的原理和结构没有太大区别，但它们的作用和驱动方式与其他张力辊有本质区别。

张力矫直段的张力是生产线中张力最大的部分。除精整机和卷取机外，生产线的张力主要用于保证带钢的正常运行。张力矫直段的张力用于使带钢产生塑性变形，因此需要较高的张力来达到此目的。张力矫直机前后两对张力辊均处于调速方式。入口侧张力辊一般作为生产线的速度基准辊，由此也可见张力辊在整条生产线中的特殊地位。
