不锈钢经过20辊轧机冷轧后，需要经过退火工艺修复力学新能。为什么400系不锈钢用罩式炉退火？下面是最简单直接的解释。

400系不锈钢一般指的是铁素体不锈钢，其退火过程是将温度升高后，缓慢冷却，以防有马氏体的成分生产；

300系不锈钢一般指奥氏体不锈钢，利用连续炉加热后用水或水雾等快速冷却，使得碳元素固溶到基体内，也称固溶处理。如果用罩式炉的话，冷却速度跟不上，晶界处析出碳，带钢就变硬了。起不到退火的目的。
